The Gallery's policies and procedures that are outlined below operate to protect the lawful interests of the artist, of the people who visit and view her web site, and of the people who purchase her artworks.
Original artworks are fragile, and can be bulky and heavy, often requiring special packaging and unique collection, transport, and delivery arrangements.
When an original artwork is purchased, the Gallery will communicate with the buyer directly to confirm the buyer's choice of shipping method and help make sure the most suitable delivery arrangements are made.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
The maximum number of prints that will be made from any original work in the collections currently on display has been limited by the artist to 20.
Once the edition limit of 20 has been reached, no further prints will be offered, produced, or authenticated by the artist or the Gallery.
Each limited edition print purchased is numbered as print # of # (e.g. print 3 of 20), and the number is identified on the print and on the purchaser's Certificate of Authentication
To ensure the highest quality print finish, we capture high-resolution photo images and employ digital giclée printing using archival pigment inks that maintain image stability, colour accuracy, and colour permanence better than all other known inks. Giclée prints hang in the collections of most large art museums of the world.
Each giclée print our customers order is individually produced on premium quality fine art paper (Hahnemühle 300+gsm 100% cotton photo rag) or premium fine art canvas (Gamut or Hahnemühle Daguerre 400gsm).
We take particular care that the image of each work displayed on the gallery web site reliably portrays the colours in the original works. However, viewers' screen settings and room conditions may affect the way image colours are seen. Because we have no way of influencing viewers' browsing devices or environments, we can't accept responsibility for resulting colour variations.
Customers are offered a choice of delivery options for their purchased artworks:
The Gallery’s shipping service (WE SHIP to you, with cost dependent on your geographic region and the weight of the artwork being shipped), or
Customer-arranged shipping (YOU SHIP to you, making your own arrangements, or

WE SHIP to you requires us to communicate with you. YOU SHIP to you and YOU COLLECT require your communication with us so we can facilitate.
The Gallery takes great care to provide customers with high quality, high value artworks, and to ensure that, to the limit of our control, customers experience that quality and value.
If both the customer and the Gallery are not completely satisfied that the purchased artwork has been delivered in good condition, the Gallery is happy to discuss replacing, exchanging, or refunding the purchase.
