If artistic freedom is not tempered with responsibility, it becomes a license for 'anything goes'. Such expression may temporarily indulge, but is unlikely to produce an enduring work of art. Time will tell whether the work is passing fancy or continuing work of art.
Over the years, people have loved Rhondda's art works, many of which have sold, or been donated, loaned, or privately given. The works chosen for this first People's Choice collection have all drawn a critical audience's 'Yes!' vote for inclusion.
